1.  Who is iDownloads2go?

   iDownloads2go is an e-commerce business that creates audio downloads across four areas; fitness, study, skills and health.

2.  What is an iDownload2go? How much does it cost? How long are they?

   An iDownload2go is a twenty minute audio download, created by our team of skilled musicians, writers, fitness experts, life coaches and other creative and professional talent.

   Each idownload2go is £2.99. Backing music can be chosen from a selection of three music genres, or as a vocal-only download.

   Downloads are approximately 20 minutes in length; some may run slightly shorter or longer

3.  Do I need to create an account to place an order?

   Yes. By creating a free account with us you will have access to our free download products. You will be informed first of all our new products, and our free products. You can cancel at anytime, there are no commitments, and all free downloads are yours to keep indefinitely.

4.  How do I create an account?

   Click here to create a free account with us; enter your desired username and confirm your e-mail address and password. An account is completely free and will only take a few minutes to create.

5. How do I sign into my account? 

   In the upper-right corner of any page on our site you will see a blue butterfly logo labeled "LOG IN". Just click on that and enter your username and password. If you forget your username or password click here and enter your e-mail address to have these details sent to you again.

6.  How long will my download be available?

   Each purchased download is available for 24 hours after your first download attempt.

7.  Why can’t I hear the demos on your website?

   If you are having trouble hearing the demos on our website, make sure that your volume control is not muted and that the volume is high enough.

8.  How can I pay for my purchases?

   All purchases are paid for online through the secure facility PayPal. PayPal is the safest payment method on line. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

9.  How do I download one of your free downloads?

   To download our free products you will first need to create a free account with us. You can do this on our JOIN US! Page. Once you have registered and are logged in you will be able to select our free downloads!

10.  What software do I need on my computer to download the iDownloads2go products?

    You don’t need any special software to download our product. The product will download automatically into whichever media player that you have installed on your computer. Make sure that you have a media player installed on your computer, if you do not, this software can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet. (For example, Windows Media Player, iTunes).

11. What electronic devices do I need to use idownloads2go?

     To download iDownloads2go in MP3 format, you need a personal computer that supports MP3s. You can then play the audio download directly on your computer or you may download the MP3 to your portable MP3 player or iPod.

12.  Can I download iDownloads2go MP3s to my computer, MP3 player or iPod?

    Yes. First you must download the MP3 to your computer. Then you can transfer the MP3 to your portable MP3 player or iPod.

13.  How long does it take to import the download?

    At this time we can only accept orders via our website.

14.  Do you accept orders over the phone?

    This will depend on your Internet connection, but a 20 minute download will take, on average, between 1 and 5 minutes. This speed is roughly the same as for downloading a music album.

15.  I'm having a problem placing an order. What can I do?

    Make sure that you have a free account with us. If you are experiencing technical problems with the site, please reload the page and try again. Otherwise please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

16.  How can I cancel my account with you?

    If you wish to cancel your account with us, you may do so at anytime by using the contact us us facility.

17.  What is your return policy?

    Refunds will not be issued for iDownloads2go products once the download process has been started. If you are experiencing any trouble, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do all we can to resolve your issue.
